If you are you seeking a workout option which helps you bust outside the confines of a traditional gym space then bootcamp could be for you! It is an outdoor, military-style group training session which is a fun and varied approach to increasing your fitness, strength and stamina. You will be pushed to your maximum capability whilst being encouraged by one of our friendly, professional team members.
Did the mention of military-style training just make you quake in your boots? Do not be fear! While military training is the inspiration behind any bootcamp session, we have toned down the screaming sergeant major (a little) and ramped up the fun (yay)! Here at Meraki we can confidently say that whether you are super-fit or a total novice, we can offer you a challenging yet enjoyable workout experience!
Whatever the weather our classes continue and we have never cancelled a class due to a spot of rain! Many of our tribe say they feel a sense of accomplishment once they have completed a particularly wet, winter’s evening session and relish the opportunity to ‘get stuck in’ and get a little muddy when they have been sat at their desk, if the comfort of the office all day! You will always come away from a Meraki Bootcamp feeling like you’ve worked and achieved.

Sessions run 6 days a week between our two parks; Heaton Norris Park and Fog Lane Park (Didsbury)

The Parkville Road entrance, 10 minutes prior to each session.
Umilimited access to all sessions (up to 6 each week) = £35 per month
Joint membership unlimited access (up to 6 each week) = £65 per month for two
Pay per session: £8
Block of 5 sessions: £37.50
Block of 10 sessions: £70.00
