Meraki Mammas is a group workout session dedicated to new mums. We offer a fun, sociable exercise class that works around your schedule and childcare.
Getting back into fitness after having a baby can be a daunting experience for new mums but with this group we aim to support and encourage you during the whole process of becoming more empowered, confident and fitter than you have ever felt before.
The before and after pictures feel AMAZING and will boost your self-esteem! But, we also intend to help you strengthen all those everyday functional movements that ease the strains of the everyday life of mummy, such as lifting the car seat, pushing the buggy and caring for your beautiful baby.
